Coaching empowers people to overcome challenges, build new skills, and achieve their desired goals.  It’s a non-directive form of development, in which the coachee always remains the expert in their own story, and the role of the coach is to support, challenge and encourage.

In my coaching practice, my aim is to empower you to cultivate tenacity, as you invest time in you, explore options and possibilities, learn and celebrate, and thrive as a result.

I offer coaching for anyone who feels they might benefit, and I have experience in coaching:

  • Team leaders and Senior leaders
  • People close to or experiencing burnout
  • Neurodivergent individuals
  • People in early careers contemplating next steps
  • People who want to develop their self-confidence in the workplace
