I take a people-centric, resolution-focussed and trauma-informed approach to complex or sensitive employee situations. In doing so, I seek to enable opportunities for learning and growth for organisations and all involved through the process.

Independent support to help resolve breakdowns and misunderstandings in working relationships between two or more people. Mediation helps people understand each other’s perspectives with a view to finding a resolution and agreeing a way forward which is acceptable everyone involved. - Reviews
Looking at how to apply a resolution-focussed, inclusive and trauma-informed lens to your existing policies and procedures.
