Organisation Development (OD) is the work of facilitating organisational success, by aligning structural, cultural and strategic realities of work to respond to the needs of an ever-evolving business climate.

I help teams or organisations take a holistic view as they think about understand how to align their strategy, culture, structure, employee experience, metrics and people processes. This can be transformative for people experience and team/organisational performance.

My approach is inclusive and values-led, ensuring all relevant voices can input to the work. I seek out opportunities to enable tenacious, resilient, agile and adaptive ways of working.

With a Diploma in OD and many years of experience in leading or contributing to projects which look at workplace eco-systems in action, I work with organisations of all shapes and sizes, wherever they are in their growth, and can support in a range of ways, for example:

  • Working with you to review or develop your team or organisation values and working culture.
  • Helping you to think about your team or organisation as a system, examining internal and external interdependencies and interactions, spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviewing the experience of your people at each stage of the employee lifecycle, and partner with you to develop action plans where there are gaps or opportunities to improve.
  • Helping you ensure positive and inclusive experiences for every single one of your people, through your people practices and ways of working.
  • Partnering with you to consider the future of work and how your organisation may need to adapt its skills and talent pipelines for the future.
  • Supporting you to develop performance management processes which encourage and add value to your people and to the organisation.
